About the ERCOT queue
ERCOT runs the grid for about 90% of Texas and publishes its interconnection queue every month as the GIS report. A project's row shows when it signed its interconnection agreement and whether it has posted the financial security that comes with a notice to proceed, the two queue milestones that come closest to a construction start.

All of them are in Texas.
Does a place in ERCOT's queue mean a project will be built?
No. Most interconnection requests are withdrawn before construction. A signed interconnection agreement, a financing close, a construction permit or ground work seen from satellite says far more, and Groundtrace ranks projects by those signals, not by their queue date.
